Hybrid Performance was founded by Duncan Boogard; a young sports entrepreneur with a big social heart. ‘With our team, we want to enrich other people’s lives. On the one hand, by meeting the changing sports needs of the new sports generation and, on the other, by offering future prospects to young people in vulnerable positions.

Graduated from the University of Groningen in both Exercise Science and Sports Science, with years as a strength and conditioning trainer and more than 20 years of experience in martial arts. He offers expert guidance and an optimal, well-rounded training plan to achieve your fitness goals with scientific precision, while keeping your workouts versatile, engaging and educational.
