Calisthenics is een vorm van sporten waarbij je het eigen lichaamsgewicht als weerstand gebruikt. De bedoeling is dat je door gebruik van je eigen lichaamsgewicht sterker en flexibeler wordt. In trainingen van 45 minuten leren wij jou de basis van calisthenics aan.
