Coaching and physio under one roof

From one-to-one coaching to fully integrated physiotherapy, Hybrid Performance brings training, rehab and performance testing together in a single high-performance space.
Personal training, physio and performance testing — all connected.
OUR APPROACH

Train, rehab and
perform with one team

Most gyms only focus on training. Most physio practices only focus on rehab. At Hybrid Performance we combine both, so you don’t have to choose between getting stronger and staying healthy.
Our coaches and physios work together — from screening and testing to programming and return-to-play — so your plan actually matches your body, schedule and goals.
Whether you’re chasing a new PR, coming back from injury or just want to move pain-free, you get one connected performance ecosystem instead of separate silos.

HYROX INTAKE

You’ve never raced before or only seen HYROX online. We’ll start with an intake, HRX Foundational sessions and a clear plan so you build confidence, technique and conditioning without getting overwhelmed.
START HERE

ALREADY TRAINING / INTERMEDIATE

You work out regularly and maybe run or lift, but HYROX is new. We combine Foundational, Engine and Power sessions to turn your current fitness into race-specific performance.
LEVEL UP

EXPERIENCED COMPETITOR

You’ve raced before and want to improve your time, move up a division or prepare for a specific event. We focus on simulations, pacing strategy, transitions and targeted work on your weaker stations.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-to-one focus, with
options that fit your life

Whether you want full attention, prefer to train with a partner or bring your own group, our personal training formats are built around your body, your goals and your schedule.
[01]

ONE TO ONE

1-on-1

{from €79 per session)
The fastest way to your goal. You train at your own pace, follow a tailored programme and work with your own personal trainer every session. After screening, measurements and an intake, we design a plan that fits your body, your lifestyle and the way you like to train.
[02]

DUO TRAINING

2 people

{from €59 per session)
Share the work with your partner, friend or colleague. Your trainer builds an individual plan for each of you, even if your levels are different. You train together in the same session, each following your own programme aligned with your goals, wishes and physical capabilities.
[03]

PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

3–6 people

{from €49 per session)
Want to train with your own group in a private setting? We keep movement quality as high as in one-to-one sessions. Every person still gets an individual screening, measurements and intake. Gather your family, friends or team and get fit together — with coaching that meets you where you are.
WHO IT’S FOR

Personal training for real goals, not random workouts

Personal training at Hybrid Performance is for anyone who wants more structure, support and accountability than a standard membership can offer.
1

Get clear on your goal

We start by mapping out what you really want: from getting out of pain to building strength, changing your body composition or preparing for an event. No vague “get fitter” goals — we make it specific, measurable and realistic for your life.
2

Match the plan to your body

Next, we look at how you move, any injuries or limitations and how much time and energy you actually have. If you’re rehabbing or working with physio, we keep that fully in the loop. Your programme is built around your body, not around a generic template.
3

Train, track and adjust

From there, we train with structure: clear sessions, progression, regular check-ins and someone who actually watches your technique. If your goals, schedule or body change, we adjust the plan — so every block of PT keeps moving you towards a real result, not just random sweat.
PHYSIOTHERAPY

Your comeback starts
here. Recover stronger,
move better

At Hybrid Performance we work closely with our trusted partner, Fysiopraktijk de Meer, to provide high-quality physiotherapy services under the same roof as your training.
For years we’ve collaborated with experienced physiotherapists, sports physios and manual therapists. Combined with state-of-the-art rehab equipment and strong professional connections, you don’t need to look elsewhere for your recovery — we can refer you to the right specialist and keep your training and rehab aligned.
With a fully integrated approach to rehabilitation and performance, our goal is simple: help you recover, move better and come back stronger than before.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PT & physio
questions, answered

Still have questions about how personal training and physiotherapy work at Hybrid Performance? These answers explain how PT & Physio fit together, who they’re for and how they support your training at our performance-focused gym in Amsterdam.
1. What’s the difference between PT and group classes at Hybrid Performance?

Group classes at Hybrid Performance — like HYROX, Hybrid Boxing and strength & conditioning — are built for small groups who follow the same session structure with individual scaling. Personal Training (PT) is fully tailored: one-to-one or small private groups where every part of the session is designed around your body, goals and schedule.

In personal training at our gym in Amsterdam, your coach can focus on specific weaknesses, technique issues, injuries or performance goals that are hard to address in a group setting. You get a programme that fits your life, regular check-ins and clear progress tracking. Many members use group classes for energy and community, and PT for targeted work when they want faster results, more accountability or a more personalised approach.

2. How does physiotherapy work at Hybrid Performance and do I need a referral?

Hybrid Performance works closely with a trusted physiotherapy partner to offer sports physiotherapy, manual therapy, dry needling, field-based rehab and performance testing under one roof. That means you can move from treatment table to gym floor in the same environment, instead of bouncing between separate locations.

Whether you need a referral depends on local regulations and your insurance, but in many cases you can see a physiotherapist directly for an assessment. During your first physio session in Amsterdam, they’ll look at your injury, pain or movement issue, perform tests and create a plan. That plan can then be integrated with your training at Hybrid Performance — through scaled classes, Open Gym sessions or personal training — so rehab and performance work together instead of competing for your energy.

3. Is PT & Physio only for advanced athletes, or also for beginners and everyday people?

PT & Physio at Hybrid Performance are not just for elite or competitive athletes. They’re for anyone who wants more structure, support and safety than a regular membership or random workouts can offer. That includes beginners who feel lost in a standard gym, everyday professionals with busy schedules, and people returning from injury or chronic pain.

In personal training, we meet you exactly where you are: from “I’ve never really trained before” to “I’m preparing for a HYROX race or sports season.” In physiotherapy, we help you understand what your body can handle, what needs to change and how to progress without making things worse. The combination of PT & Physio in one performance gym in Amsterdam makes it easier to start carefully, build confidence and then move towards more advanced training if and when you’re ready.

4. Can I combine PT & Physio with HYROX classes, Boxing and Open Gym?

Yes — in fact, combining PT & Physio with HYROX training, Hybrid Boxing, strength classes and Open Gym is one of the biggest advantages of Hybrid Performance. Instead of having separate plans for rehab, gym and events, everything can be aligned.

For example, a HYROX athlete might do performance testing and physio screening first, then work with a PT to design a race prep plan that includes classes and Open Gym sessions. Someone with shoulder or knee pain might start with physiotherapy, then gradually add PT and modified classes, using Open Gym for controlled rehab sessions. This integrated approach means your body, your performance and your goals are all on the same page — whether you’re training for a HYROX race in Amsterdam, getting back to pain-free movement or simply trying to feel stronger and more resilient.

5. How do I start with PT or Physio at Hybrid Performance and what can I expect?

To start with Personal Training, you typically book a consultation or intake at Hybrid Performance. During this meeting we talk through your goals, training history, schedule and any injuries, then perform basic assessments where needed. From there, your coach designs a personalised plan — including session frequency, types of training (HYROX, strength, conditioning, boxing) and, if relevant, how to use Open Gym or group classes around your PT sessions.

To start with Physio, you book an initial physiotherapy appointment through our partner practice. In that session you’ll discuss your pain or injury, get a physical assessment and receive a treatment and rehab plan. If you train at Hybrid Performance, the physio and coaches can coordinate so your exercises, loading and weekly training volume are aligned. That way, whether you’re here for personal training, sports physiotherapy in Amsterdam or both, you know every session is moving you closer to the same outcome instead of pulling you in different directions.
